Everything you need to know about how we get your premium skincare, haircare, and body care orders to you — safely and on time.

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) on business days, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Order cutoff: 2:00 PM daily

Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

 

📌  Note: During promotional sales, new product launches, or holiday periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience and will notify you by email of any delay.

📌  Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

 

4. Packaging & Product Care

Your skin deserves the best — and so does your delivery. We take great care in packaging all orders to protect the integrity of your products during transit:

 

     All products are individually wrapped or cushioned to prevent breakage and leakage.

     Glass bottles and jars are packed with eco-friendly protective padding.

     Temperature-sensitive formulas (such as vitamin C serums and retinol products) are flagged with storage instructions.

     During summer months or shipping to warm climates, we use insulated packaging for heat-sensitive products at no extra charge.

     All outer packaging is made from recyclable or sustainably sourced materials.

 

📌  Note: We are actively working toward plastic-free packaging across our entire product range by 2027. Our current outer boxes and fill materials are already 100% recyclable.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel's journey in real time.

 

     Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation email.

     You can track your order at any time via your account page or the link in your confirmation email.

     For standard domestic orders, tracking is provided at the parcel level. For international orders, coverage depends on the destination country's postal service.

     If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our support team.

 

6. Delays, Lost & Damaged Parcels

While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional issues can happen. Here is how we handle them:

 

Delayed parcels: If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier within 2 business days.

 

Lost parcels: If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order or issue a full refund - your choice. Claims must be raised within 30 days of the original dispatch date.

 

Damaged on arrival: Please photograph the damaged packaging and products upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

 

Incorrect address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.

 

7. Returns & Refunds - Shipping Context

For full details, please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy. Regarding return shipping specifically:

 

     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

     We recommend using a tracked return service — we cannot be held responsible for return parcels that do not reach us.

     Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

     For hygiene reasons, opened or partially used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

     Return postage for faulty or incorrectly sent items will be covered or reimbursed by us in full.

 

8. Promotions, Gift Sets & Subscription Orders

     Gift sets & bundles ship as a single parcel at standard rates. Complimentary gift wrapping is available at checkout for an additional €2.99.

     Subscription orders are processed and dispatched automatically on your chosen schedule. Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds apply per individual dispatch.

     Promotional free shipping codes are valid for standard domestic shipping only, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

     Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as stock is available. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will notify you and offer to split ship or hold the full order.
